Cushioning is fixed. Back suspension: rubber webbing. Back cushioning: loose fibre. Cushioning is fixed. Arm cushioning: foam and fibre. Back and arms are removable for easier delivery. Seats will be firmer because of the underlying sofa bed mechanism. Please follow sofa bed opening instructions carefully. Forcing the mechanism will cause damage. This sofa beds ratchets will make a clicking sound while being adjusted. This is not a fault. Upholstery will be slightly relaxed to facilitate sofa bed mechanism. Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly. To smooth and straighten fixed cushions, punch the back cushions top two corners and the seat cushions outer two corners, and pinch outwards.
