Back and feet are removable for ease of access. USB charging is not available on the non- power recliner version of this sofa. Please allow time for the recliner mechanism to ease. Minor gaps are necessary to ensure ease of motion and may be exaggerated depending on floor type. Fixed seat and back cushions require smoothing and straightening regularly. To smooth and straighten fixed cushions, punch the back cushions top two corners and the seat cushions outer two corners, and pinch outwards. Leather has unique marks and characteristics with variation in colour and texture. Leather softens with use. Smoothing the tops of leather cushions prevents signs of visual comfort.
