The mattress has a poly-cotton cover which is quilted to the top layers of upholstery keeping the mattress flat and the fillings in place. Its open coil interior is made up of rows of hourglass shaped springs connected at the top and bottom by a spiral wire, known as a helical wire. To avoid border breakdown, the spring system is strengthened by a thick rod-edge wire that adds support to the perimeter of the mattress. To care for the mattress, its recommended that you rotate it from head to toe and flip it over regularly to enhance its support and comfort.
