The interior of the mattress features a unique make-up of 1000 central pocket springs, with 1000 mini tablet pocket spring comfort layers on either side. Each spring is totally independent of any surrounding coil and housed in its own cloth sleeve, resulting in piston-like support to each part of the body. An added feature is its side-stitched mattress borders - a labour intensive and intricate technique that take craftsmen many years to master. Using high-tension twine and a long upholstery needle, the side-stitching process attaches the mattress border to the perimeter rows of springs.
